Senior Regional Manager Marketing and Communications North America and South America
We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Manager for Marketing & Communications to lead and guide our virtual regional team, currently based in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. This role is critical for ensuring successful go-to-market (G2M) strategies and excellent operational execution of regional marketing and communication activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a decentralized marketing and communications team across North America and South America, ensuring regional alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Translate and implement global marketing and communication strategy requirements into customized regional plans aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Design and develop regional/local marketing plans targeting key market segments, including budget management and alignment with customer retention and acquisition goals.
- Align and support marketing activities from strategy development to execution, controlling performance through KPIs.
- Report directly to the Corporate Global Office of Marketing and Communications in Cologne, Germany, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment.
- Manage the regional marketing and communications budget to ensure effective and cost-efficient use of resources.
- Design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and advertising, to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven ability to lead regional teams across multiple countries in North and South America.
- Extensive knowledge of North and South American markets, with the ability to adapt strategies to cultural and regional differences.
- Proven success in executing regional marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in managing budgets and implementing cost-effective marketing strategies.
