We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Manager for Marketing & Communications to lead and guide our virtual regional team, currently based in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. This role is critical for ensuring successful go-to-market (G2M) strategies and excellent operational execution of regional marketing and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a decentralized marketing and communications team across North America and South America, ensuring regional alignment with global marketing strategies.
  2. Translate and implement global marketing and communication strategy requirements into customized regional plans aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  3. Design and develop regional/local marketing plans targeting key market segments, including budget management and alignment with customer retention and acquisition goals.
  4. Align and support marketing activities from strategy development to execution, controlling performance through KPIs.
  5. Report directly to the Corporate Global Office of Marketing and Communications in Cologne, Germany, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment.
  6. Manage the regional marketing and communications budget to ensure effective and cost-efficient use of resources.
  7. Design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and advertising, to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven ability to lead regional teams across multiple countries in North and South America.
  • Extensive knowledge of North and South American markets, with the ability to adapt strategies to cultural and regional differences.
  • Proven success in executing regional marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in managing budgets and implementing cost-effective marketing strategies.
