Regional Reward Specialist
A global leader in consultancy and project management is looking to add a Regional Reward Specialist to its HR team. This role is key to implementing global reward policies at the regional level while providing strategic support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement global reward policies, processes, and procedures at the regional level.
- Provide expert guidance and support in the rollout of global reward standards and programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, offering technical support to HR teams and business units.
- Lead and coordinate regional reward initiatives, including compensation structure, salary reviews, incentives/bonuses, and benefit programs.
- Adapt global programs to local/regional requirements, ensuring both compliance and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement of reward processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar HR roles.
- At least 2 years of experience participating in projects as an active member.
- Demonstrated experience working in intercultural or international teams.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
